Common Cultural Heritage: Adana's Forgotten Food Culture

In our project, which we have prepared and put into practice with a wide participation; We set out with non-governmental organisations, universities, relevant institutions and organizations of our state, and an Itlayan non-governmental organization that is compatible with the project and will promote our targeted results in Europe.

We combined the dynamism of non-governmental organizations with the systematic mind of the university. We have transformed the scope of our project and our dreams into a format that will serve the strategic plans of our country, in close cooperation with the institutions of our state.

We created our project sub-work packages with a very proactive approach in order to achieve results that will not stay on the shelves but will be transferred to life. We ensured that all of our participants contributed according to their expertise in the project work packages that we planned in detail.

We tour the field, we will tour. Village by village, we are recording Adana dishes that have sunk into oblivion. We will introduce all of our dishes, which we have recorded using all the conditions of today, first in the region, then in the country, and finally in Europe. We are assertive.

We will not be dusty on the shelves, but will transform and develop for many years, and we will produce results that will especially contribute to rural development. It is our duty to introduce the unique culture of Anadlu with all its elements, and we believe that service to this land is sacred. We will keep our food culture alive, share and grow together. We seek not only economic but also spiritual satisfaction.
